Up and down the stairs - unassisted

.

It's a well-known fact that I love stairs very much. Daddy knows it, Mummy knows it, Ah Kong knows it, Ah Ma knows it and I know it. I would not miss a chance to climb up and down the stairs once I see it, to the extent of throwing tantrum if I don't have it my way.

Daddy and Mummy always hold my hand when I climb up and down. But now, not anymore. I can now climb up the stairs unassisted...

as well as descending the stairs.

Visit to Hay Dairies Farm and Dragon Fruits Farm

.

Today, Daddy and Mummy brought me to Hay Dairies, a goat dairies farm. When we arrived, the first thing we did was to get a balloon. Why? Because free mah (yeah, must kiasu a bit). See, I can't even get my eyes off the balloon.

Mummy then tied the ballon to my wrist in case it flew away. Luckily it didn't lift me off. It proves that I am heavy enough. :-p

Next, we witnessed the goat milking session. With the advance in technology, it's the machines that do all the work, the men are there just to supervise in case the goats go on strike due to no pay.

After that, we went around the farm to see all the goats.

According to the man there, unlike cow milk which is acidic, the goat milk is alkaline. And it is supposed to be good for asthma and arthritis. Since that is the case, Daddy and Mummy bought 5 bottles of 200ml goat milk for SGD10. Pretty expensive for milk. But then it's good mah. Good means die die must buy.

After that we proceeded to the Dragon Fruits Farm, which is a stone's throw away. The first things we saw were the myriads of fish there.

I am always attracted to fish. Everytime I see fish, I would stop and see.

Here Mummy and I were trying to fool the fish into thinking that we have food to feed them. Of course we were successful as you can see the fish swam towards us.

But fish nowadays are smarter. You can fool them once, or maybe twice, then they became "fool-proof" - except for this white fish.

Then we spotted a fish which probably just bang his head on the wall. Else, how do you explain its "buah duku" on his head?

Enough with fish, we proceed to the farm. First, we saw the dragon fruit

then the passion fruit. But this is the Thai passion fruit, and its shape is that what all girls are dying for.

Of course the passion fruit that we are all familiar with is this one.... with the shape that girls would rather die than having one.

It was a hot day, so we quickly went to see a few more before we left.

Like, the winter melon...

and the ladies' fingers.

That's it. Before we left, we took a breather on the swing nearby.

.

I'm so busy lah. Soooo busy that a pair of hands are just not enough to do all the work. Like, driving car or operate microwave oven while answering the mobile phone.

Oh no! did you notice what I just did? I put my car fuel tank cap into the microwave oven!!!

People say don't answer mobile phone when you drive. I say, don't even get near the car if you want to answer mobile phone

I can read!

.
I can read, though sometimes the pronunciation is still a little bit off.

Hey, by the way, did you notice that some of the flash cards shape are a little odd? No, your eyes didn't play a trick on you.

Guess how did I do it?

No prize for guessing it right.

Just what are they thinking?

.

I don't know whether to laugh or to cry when I saw this road signboard.

It reads "Patuhilah Papan Tanda Jalanraya", in Malay, which means - Please obey the road signboards.

It has got to be the most useless signboard ever.

Just who are they targetting with this signboard? To those who obey signboards or who doesn't obey signboards?

If it's aimed at those who always obey the road signboards, then why do you need to erect this signboard to tell them to obey other signboards?

If it's aimed at those who always do not obey the road signboards, what makes you think that they will obey this signboard?

If it's aimed at those who are more frickle-minded, i.e. sometimes obey and sometimes disobey, is it possible for them to obey this signboard but disobey other signboards; OR disobey this signboard but obey other signboards? This surely goes down to be one of the greatest paradoxs.

Just what are they thinking??!! No wonder people says human brains are complicated.
